What is Resin Surfacing?

There are two types of Resin Surfacing:

Resin Bound

Resin Bond

Resin Bound is becoming an increasingly popular form of surface.

The aggregate is thoroughly mixed in with the resin.  The resin mixture is then applied to the surface by trowel to give a nice smooth, even and level finish.

Resin is applied to the surface and the aggregate is laid on top.  Any excess aggregate is brushed away.  The surface is rough in comparrison to the Resin Bound method.

Resin Surfacing is used for driveways, paths, and patios.

Resin Bound is also used for childrens play parks, swimming pool surrounds, sports areas, car parks, even indoor flooring.

The aggregate is available in a variety of colours, shapes and sizes.
